Users need assurances.
Indicate whether any interaction was a success or failure.
How to Apply
- Indicate Whether an Interaction Will Be Successful. Inform users whether they provided the right criteria for their password before they erroneously submit.
- Indicate Whether an Interaction Was Successful. Users may have clicked "send" on their message. But was it truly sent? Tell them.
